  • One hot dog with Gourmet Spicy Diana Sauce

Activity

  • Rode the bike to Canadian Tire, then to Dominion, and then to Price Chopper, getting the fixings for dinner (8.2km)

Dinner

  • Five slices of pork tenderloin butterflied stuffed (ricotta cheese, basil, baby spinach leaves, artichoke hearts, olive oil, salt’n’peppa)
  • Small potatoes with onion, dill, and olive oil
  • Green peas
  • One glass of Wolf Blass Yellow Label Shiraz
  • One glass of Magnotta Pinotage - South Africa
