- Protein shake (shared)
- 1.5 scoops of Weider 90% Protein Soy - chocolate
- One banana
- 375ml 1% skim lactose-free milk
- Mix of frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
Lunch
- Small chicken Caesar salad with real bacon bits - (Dominion - 250g)
- Light Caesar dressing
Activity
- One hour of spinning at Quad
Snacks
- One Premier Nutrition Protein bar - double chocolate crunch
Activity
- Walked 2.4km from Quad to the Canadian Tire at the Eaton Centre
- Bought 90lbs of free weights at the Canadian Tire at Davenport and Yonge and carried them back to Bloor Station, misc wandering on the subway platform (it was crowded), and then back to my apartment - total: 1km carrying an extra 90lbs
