    • 300ml 2% partly-skimmed lactose-free milk
    • Frozen strawberries
    • Frozen blueberries
    • Frozen raspberries

  • 2×20 - bench - full incline sit-ups
  • Rode the bike to work (6.1km)

Snacks

  • Three light Babybels

  • Rode the bike to Dominion, then over to Strachan, down to the Princes’ Gates, through the CNE, and back up to the office (4km)

  • One Interactive Nutrition Low Carb Bar - cinnamon frost

Lunch

  • Chicken and ham club salad - (Dominion - 275g)
  • Light Caesar dressing

Activity

  • Rode the bike home (6.1km)
  • Carried my 34lb bike up the stairs - 10 floors

Dinner

  • Strip loin steak with Club House Montreal Steak rub - 522g
  • Dipped in Gourmet Spicy Diana Sauce
  • Veggies (red onion, zucchini, red pepper, orange pepper, mushrooms, dill, olive oil)
