- One Del Monte Real Fruit sugar and fat free popsicle (50ml) - mixed berry

- Rode the bike along King to Spadina and up to Adelaide to meet up with Molly for some Queen Street shopping. Then rode home through the CNE, and my usual route (13.5km)
