For the longest time, one of my favourite Chinese dishes (other than chicken fried rice) has been chicken and creamed corn soup. In fact, it’s why I’ve been ordering from PJ Wongs lately. Last night, after downing two large soups, I decided to look for a recipe. It didn’t take long to find one, and earlier this afternoon Molly and I went out to get the fixings. Within half an hour, the soup was ready, and DAMN was it good!!
