Note to self: 944g of steak is a wee bit too much. I feel bad for not being able to eat it all, but at the same time, what the hell was I thinking, trying to eat almost a kilogram of cow?! Ugh.

    Some of The Keg spice for while it was cooking, and a TON of The Keg peppercorn sauce for while I was eating.

    I’m salivating right now just thinking of it. :-D
