  • Two M&M Meat Shops salmon fillets – dill sauce

  • Rode the bike to Dominion and back to the office (2km)

Lunch

  • Top sirloin with Keg spice – 428g
  • Dipped in Gourmet Spicy Diana Sauce

Activity

  • Rode the bike up to Dufferin Mall to get some stuff, then over to Price Chopper to get more stuff, and then rode home (7km)

Dinner

  • Teriyaki garlic shrimp stir fry with yellow peppers, red peppers, water chesnuts, green onion, red onion, and brown rice
  • Two spring rolls from M&M Meats

  • Sesame bagel sandwich consisting of three strips of bacon, two eggs, two slices of Kraft Singles, and some Frank’s extra red hot sauce
  • Six strips of bacon on the side (two from Molly)
  • Two glasses of Tropicana orange juice

  • Threw the frisbee around with Molly in the park

  • Swiss Chalet
    • Quarter chicken dinner (white meat) with fries and two Chalet sauces
    • One and a half dinner rolls with butter

Daily Shots

Last night, I met up with Seth and headed to his brother’s place for a BBQ and some brews. Along the way, I saw an intersting shirt, and then happened across my name carved into the sidewalk! I swear, it wasn’t me!
