Yesterday, I had an exact pound (454g) of flank steak, and couldn’t decide if I would have steak again today, or mix it up a bit and have some fish. As you can see, the steaks looked pretty yummy, and they were fairly thick, but in the end, I opted for fish. Didn’t feel like marinating my own slab of salmon, so I went the lazy route and got some frozen High Liner. Maybe next time.
