  • Rode the bike along the Queensway, then along King, and down to work (5.4km)

Breakfast

  • Three hard boiled eggs

Lunch

  • One can of No Name baked beans with pork and molasses (398ml) mixed with two Schneiders Juicy Jumbo hot dogs (75g each) cut up into chunks

Activity

  • Rode the bike over to Molly’s office for a kiss, she wasn’t there, so I rode back to my office along Front St. and through the CNE (8.1km)
  • Rode the bike to the Metro to meet up with Molly to grab steaks and veggies, then rode along King and the Queensway, and then up home (7km)

Living Life

  • One Corona and one can of Creemore

Dinner

  • Strip loin steak with Club House Spicy Hickory rub – 470g
  • Veggies (half a red onion, one red pepper, half a yellow pepper, mushrooms, olive oil, dill, Cajun spice, thyme)
  • One glass of Yellow Tail Shiraz
  • One Corona
