Meals
- Didn’t adhere to the diet at all. Ate whatever I felt like.
- Beer, wine, liquor. Essentially, every night was a party.
Activity
- Danced like crazy on Friday and Saturday night. Otherwise, I slept in, sat around, and pretty much relaxed.
- We did float down the Bow River on Thursday, but the hardest part of that was inflating the rafts.
