In Calgary for Cvon and Jess’ wedding (Wednesday August 6th - Sunday August 10th)

Meals

  • Didn’t adhere to the diet at all. Ate whatever I felt like.
  • Beer, wine, liquor. Essentially, every night was a party.

Activity

  • Danced like crazy on Friday and Saturday night. Otherwise, I slept in, sat around, and pretty much relaxed.
  • We did float down the Bow River on Thursday, but the hardest part of that was inflating the rafts.
