On a white water rafting trip (Saturday June 21th - Sunday June 22nd)

Meals

  • Didn’t adhere to the diet at all. Ate wings at a restaurant on the way up, wasn’t picky about the food available at Owl Rafting (breads, etc), bought some candy on the way home (BIG MISTAKE!).
  • Beer. A few pints of Keith’s, a bunch of Coronas, and one Steam Whistle.

Activity

  • A white water rafting trip down the Ottawa River on Saturday. Lots of paddling. A fair share of swimming, both during the white water rafting, and once back at the lodge.
